Non-Resident Indians(NRIs) can register online for India’s 2019 election at https://www.nvsp.in/Forms/Forms/form6A Please note that the registration requires soft copies of 1. India’s passport (valid) 2. Resident countries visa (for example, USA). A good news is the voters’ registration does not require a PAN card or Adhar Card.
